I found Tamma at Imvelo a great person to deal with who understood the complexities of the work involved but delivered it in such a fashion it never felt overwhelming. She was great at sparking conversations about sustainability between the Senior Management Team, which allowed improvements to be identified in each department. I would recommend her for ISO14001 consultancy and environmental training.
